CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE:
The safety of our clients, staff and the public is most important to us at this time, so we would ask that everybody complies with the Covid-19 guidelines set out by the Government.
Viewings – wherever possible we will provide a video tour of a property which if this proves to be of interest can be followed up by an in person viewing. We do ask that no more than two people attend a viewing, from the same household and that face coverings are worn, with social distancing maintained. Where properties are occupied we ask that hand sanitiser is used immediately prior to entering and if possible no surfaces are touched. Viewings should be confirmed on the day, with the attending parties confirming they have not been in contact with anyone testing positive for Covid-19 in the last two weeks and neither are they showing any virus symptoms.
Tenants in occupation should advise us if they are being shielded, and be reassured by the above protocol.
